Where do you want to go? 

A full-time, permanent position supporting a senior manager in our Crop Science division based in Hawthorne East, Melbourne.

Flexible hybrid working model, with some days from the office and 2-3 days from home along with flexibility with start and finish times. Onsite parking available.

Do something that moves you.

  • Day to day calendar management
  • Reviewing and submitting teams’ expenses
  • Accounts payable – raising purchase orders and organising vendor payments
  • Marketing support for events, ordering merchandise and arranging timely delivery of items
  • Organise team meetings, events and reward and recognition for a geographically spread team

Does this sound like you?

  • Proven experience in an EA or team assistant position
  • Demonstrate a high level of organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Show initiative and ability to confidently make decisions
  • Strong IT skills, with wiliness to learn systems such as SAP and Salesforce
  • Be comfortable completing duties outside of the general EA remit
