Where do you want to go?
Develop and manage patient support programs (PSPs) in partnership with the Business Units and Market Access supporting quality use of Bayer prescription products. Ensuring all PSPs, run internally or by external vendors, complies to Bayer process and external regulations.
Reporting to the Head of Medical Operations and Governance, support patient centric activities across the business by facilitating greater awareness of the patient voice through a range of Patient Engagement (PE) initiatives and promotion of both the local and global PE framework.
Supporting healthcare professionals to enroll patients in Bayer PSPs ensuring correct documentation as per Bayer processes and ensuring new and resupply requests to access Bayer products are efficiently processed allowing quick access to medicines by patients.
Do something that moves you.
- Develop and manage Patient Support Programs across Bayer Pharma portfolio
- Work closely with and partner with patient organisations, hospitals and respective clinics delivering patient services related to portfolio of specialty products
- Work collaboratively and manage third party agencies PSPs deliverables
- Work co-operatively with the sales force on patient support and patient engagement activities
- Be an Ambassador for patient engagement locally across wider ANZ business as well as represent ANZ at APAC and global activities
- Keep abreast of trends in the external healthcare environment and how they relate to patient centric care
- Ensure quick access to Bayer products by efficiently processing HCP requests to medicines
- Drive efficiency of PSPs related activities liaising with local, regional and global governance team to simplify Bayer processes and improve customer experience
Does this sound like you?
- Tertiary qualification in healthcare, science, or related discipline
- Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry in patient access, support and/or medical affairs
- Sound understanding of the principles of medical governance and compliance
- Demonstrated experience in preparation and coordination of audits and inspections
- Experience in preparation, coordination, implementation and monitoring of PSPs
- Good capability evaluating and balancing compliance risks with business needs and processes
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Solid time management, prioritisation and organisational skills
- Ability to efficiently work in cross-functional teams
- Superior communication, planning, analytical and organisational skills
- Experience liaising with HCPs and patients
