Where do you want to go?
Reporting to the Head of Strategy, Analytics & Insights, you will drive sales and profitability through Net Revenue Management (NRM) by implementing and embedding global principles tailored to the local market. Collaborating cross-functionally to drive Bayer’s financial and market share goals, supporting customer strategies and creating an ROI mindset through the broader business, will be key to achieving success in this role.

- Develop a three-year strategy and roadmap for NRM across the portfolio
- Responsible for executing NRM through optimizing trade spend and improving ROI
- Build optimal promotional plans by customer whilst ensuring Bayer and retailer KPI’s are met through aligned Joint Business Plans
- Support NPD pricing and pack price architecture
- Assess pack price architecture opportunities
- Lead annual price Increase process, reviewing competitor landscape
- Identify mix optimisation opportunities (product, promotional, channel, customer)
- Provide NRM input into budgeting and forecasting process
- Support commercial teams on range, pricing, promotional initiatives and business cases. Creating “guardrails” on NRM proposals
- Monitor continuously market dynamics (trends, competitor pricing, product offerings, consumer insights and pricing compliance)
- Lead Trade Spend / Post ROI reviews and coordinate, manage and track performance of NRM and trade goals and assist in implementation of NRM and trade initiatives
- Provide continuous development of capabilities and knowledge around NRM and trade methodologies across members of the organization
- Flex leadership style to effectively influence a range of cross-functional stakeholders internally and externally to support NRM rollout and drive ROI culture

- Strong analytical background with proven track record of pushing analysis to actionable recommendations
- Strong financial acumen with full understand of P&L and the impact of different financial levers
- Strong Leadership with the ability to lead initiatives and influence stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix structure
- Excellent oral, written communication skills
- Proficiency with quantitative and analytical tools including Excel; strong financial modelling skills
- Ability to manage and drive complex analytics, manipulation of large amounts of data; familiar and able to work with scan data
- Good business judgment, ability to come up with grounded assumptions to evaluate options, then check and triangulate them
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong sense of autonomy and drive, entrepreneurial mindset with a "can do" attitude
