Where do you want to go?
This newly created role will contribute to the successful adoption of Bayer Radiology's Digital Solutions portfolio through the execution of the sales strategy, expert product knowledge and training and best-in-class industry and clinical workflow expertise.
Provide significant value to Bayer's customers as they work to achieve specific outcomes through the adoption of Bayer's enterprise systems. Enhancing B2B relationships and maximising business opportunities across ANZ.
Do something that moves you.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, pipeline management through to close, achieving annual sales targets.
- Provide high level product knowledge and expertise to key decision makers, KOL and internal stakeholders.
- Carry out pre-sale demonstrations and post-sale applications training.
- Build and maintain customer relations while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Represent Bayer at conferences and trade shows both virtually and in-person, support educational meetings, and demo at site visits.
- Support Customer Service to facilitate the timely and successful delivery and installation of products.
- Acts as the customer advocate articulating the user’s and/or buyer’s needs.
- Coordinate strategic approach to State accounts via external relationships and internal stakeholder alignment.
- Identify opportunities for strategic collaboration to further mutual clinical and commercial objectives.
- Negotiation of agreements and contracts to achieve financial objectives.
- Build external stakeholder networks with customers, OEM’s, HCP’s and Thought Leaders to define digital portfolio value propositions by in-depth knowledge and understanding of market drivers and clinical needs.
- Work closely with legal and Regulatory departments to make sure activities remain compliant.
Does this sound like you?
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relatable technical / clinical discipline such as Radiation Science with relevant experience.
- CT or MRI experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of Radiology and associated IT workflows.
- Commerical business acumen with strong presentation, verbal, and communication skills.
- Proficient working knowledge MS Office suite of and willingness to learn new technologies and internal software systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot.
- Experience with Health Information Technology products / ecosystems.
- Experience with Radiology and IT / User Experience domains and clinical applications and AI applications used in Radiology settings.
- Exposure to managing workflow and user experience approaches towards bringing Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning based products / offerings is highly desired.
- Market expertise and an understanding of the reasons customers purchase products. This includes a deep understanding of the competition, and how customers think of and buy products.
- Ability to problem solve, manage complexity and ambiguity.
