Where do you want to go?

You will work together with the commercial business to create reports, sales dashboards and business analytics for ANZ Radiology. Alongside monitoring, administering and executing repair order management in SAP.

Do something that moves you.

  • Monitor and/ or repair SAP service order and notification errors, including invoicing blocks, FSR errors, hierarchy updates and inventory errors
  • Administrative SAP processing and data management; Support the service team with P2R data changes, re-assignment of notifications and initiate master data changes
  • Internal communication and coordination; Initiate and arrange practical details of order/ repair order processing with relevant departments and other Bayer entities including IT support
  • External communication and coordination; Follow up with customer, supplier, affiliate and/or partner regarding process and handle queries, arrange timing of shipping and ensure timely escalation in special circumstances
  • Process optimisation; Signal and/or initiate (potential) process improvements and service level improvements, within the service department and/ or across the commercial business
  • Contribute, lead or initiate projects, within your department and across departments
  • Create and maintain sales dashboards, distribute weekly/monthly reports to the commercial business. Report on service orders and activity, replenishment and/ or billing

Does this sound like you?

  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Direct experience participating or contributing to process implementation or process framework
  • Experience working within projects
  • Team Player with an ability to work autonomously
  • Analytical mindset
