Working as part of the Supply Chain team, this role is responsible for key areas; - New product introductions process (NPI), identifying and coordinating packaging, designing artwork and printing of product labels for Bayer CropScience agricultural products.

This position is offered as a full-time position (Monday-Friday) in a flexible hybrid environment with 3 days working from the Hawthorn East office and 2 days from home. You will work in a small team, who focus on quality, efficient output and providing first class service to internal stakeholders.
Role responsibilities include:
- To guide key stakeholders through the NPI process to ensure a smooth, timely and compliant delivery.
- Identify, coordinate and bring to market new and changing packaging concepts, ensuring appropriate consultations and approvers are sought.
- Oversee the development of artwork, ordering and arranging printing of labels, guaranteeing they meet legislative and Bayer product branding guidelines.
- Manage key supplier relationships associated with labels and packaging.
- Accurately update packaging changes into SAP.
Does this sound like you?
- Demonstrated experience working in packaging or label design concepts
- Working knowledge of Master data in SAP
- Strong PC skills, especially in MS Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Be self-driven and highly methodical in your way of organizing work
