Where do you want to go?

As part of the Sales Team within our Consumer Health Division you will be responsible for and ensure the timely validation and accuracy of claims coming from our 3rd parties.

For this role we are open to fulltime or 4 days per week.

Do something that moves you.

Sales Team Planning & Administration;

  • Organisation of mid year and annual conferences
  • Monthly sales team meetings and quarterly sales and marketing meeting
  • Booking flights and travel arrangements for the sales team
  • Review and assist with expenses
  • Review and assist with compliance trainings and contracts

Casual Payroll Management;

  • Review and submit timesheets for the grocery merchandisers
  • Support with; uniforms, timesheets, display awards and any general admin required
  • Smarter Spending: CMLS & SRM Support and Contracting support
  • Administration including; raising PO's for the whole of Consumer Health
  • Champion support for the wider team

Fit to Win Teamwork & Team Culture;

  • Facilitate and participate in sales meetings and other meetings as required
  • Ensure effective communication between NAM’s and TM’s
  • Supporting the Bayer CH Culture whilst contributing to the D&I Group and being a Give Day Champion

Does this sound like you?

  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Computer skills (MS Office / Intranet Concur)
  • Experience in managing a sales team
  • Experience in managing internal systems CLMS, Payroll Timesheets
  • Demonstrated ability to create and foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders that deliver results and enable positive conflict resolution
  • Strong communication and consultative skills
  • Accuracy in review and evaluation of reporting
