Due to an internal move, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic HR Business Partner to lead our people and culture strategy in our Pharma/Healthcare business.
Reporting to our newly appointed Head of HR ANZ, you will provide HR business leadership and value add advice to the Executive Leadership Team of the Pharma/Healthcare business.

- Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to drive business strategy through people and culture initiatives
- Be an active contributor of the Executive Leadership team to deliver objectives
- Design and implement people strategies and engagement initiatives to drive high performance and an exceptional people experience
- Coach the Executive Leadership Team and Managers in the busines to successfully lead all cyclical HR activities i.e. merit and incentive reviews, talent management, succession planning,
- Support all organisational design, change management and transformation activities aligned to the business strategy
- Provide employee relations advice and consult leaders on matters relating to performance management, conflict resolution, including educating leaders on legal obligations and risks
- Provide HR leadership and project management to key country HR initiatives i.e. EVP, Recognition, Inclusion & Diversity
- Resolve escalated employee queries from our HR Advisor Team, regional Centres of Expertise and managed payroll vendor
- Partner with Total Rewards team in relation to compensation and benefits activities i.e. design of local sales plans ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, competitive benchmarking, Bayer compensation policies and local employment law requirements
- Collaborate across the HR network and with other key stakeholders including Regional and Global HR Partners and Leaders
- Ensure all relevant ANZ HR laws, regulations and Bayer policies and HR practices are embedded.
Does this sound like you?
- A highly skilled and experienced HR professional with strong HR Business Partnering experience; degree qualified or other relevant professional qualifications
- Experience working with senior business leaders, building strong relationships and stakeholder management expertise
- Deep understanding of talent management, organisational design, engagement, leadership and performance management to drive business success
- Success operating within a global matrix organization in a fast-paced environment
- You are pragmatic, have strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to take ownership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience coaching and influencing senior leaders and stakeholders at all levels
- Strong partnering and collaboration skills with demonstrated experience driving change across the business as well as within a HR function.
- Comfortable to flex between people strategy and tactical delivery of the people plan to drive outcomes
- A desire to act as a business enabler, you enjoy providing an exceptional experience to deliver a positive impact
- Accreditation in OD and/or leadership tools highly desirable (i.e. LSI, OCI)
