Where do you want to go?

Join our sales team for a 12-month opportunity promoting Bayer products to healthcare professionals and other relevant target groups to meet and exceed sales targets for assigned products within the South WA territory starting at Cockburn, including all metro and regional bricks south to Margaret River. 

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will develop a thorough understanding of the dynamics within your territory (e.g. customers, financial impact, competitors, and patient demographics) and draw upon this knowledge to develop and implement a comprehensive Business Plan that drives sales

An integral part of the WA Primary Sales team, you play a pivotal role in executing in-clinic promotion leveraging Patient-Focused Interactions and implement off-clinic promotional activities assigned to specific target Customers and thereby improve Customer relationships. 

  • Build strong customer relationships and deliver Customer-centric solutions 
  • Plan, orchestrate, and execute HCP engagements, tailoring Patient Focused Interactions using the right content based on HCP needs & priorities
  • Organize / Set-up regular scientific updates (e.g. CME, Scientific meetings) for HCP groups in alignment with defined marketing strategies
  • Derive actionable insights from territory data and create an action plan on this basis
  • Comply with local regulations, industry, and company policies and code of conduct
  • Uphold company values and team standards 
  • Have a growth mindset, show curiosity (i.e. Dare) and willingness to learn and self-develop

Does this sound like you?

  • Degree in Science or equivalent 
  • Pharmaceutical sales experience with a demonstrated performance track record 
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and team skills 
  • IT literacy (basic knowledge and skills to utilize computers/tablets and related technology efficiently) 
  • Excellent command (both oral and written) of local native language 
  • English language skills are a plus 
  • Energetic, Enthusiastic, self-driven, organized & willing to work extensively in field
