Where do you want to go?

We have a 12-month contract opportunity for someone to provide operational support to our Seeds & Traits marketing team.

The primary purpose of this position is to support the licensing, sales and marketing programs and operations of Bayer’s cotton/canola products.

Do something that moves you

As an integral member of our team you will be responsible to: 

  • Execute processes to monitor, reconcile and report on marketing programs. Work cross-functionally to ensure programs are delivered with accuracy and efficiency. 
  • Work with finance teams to execute trait billing processes and manage operational aspects of the CRM database. 
  • Review annual marketing programs and facilitate process to update and execute agreements where required to meet seasonal timelines.
  • Run and distribute reports on key business metrics, where relevant.
  • Provide customer service support to our network of distributors. 
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team to execute campaigns, including liaising with agency, tracking campaign execution, managing expenditure and associated administrative processes.  
  • Identify opportunities to improve/optimise customer processes, workflow, and efficiencies with operations and tools.

  • Results-orientated with the ability to work with minimal supervision and complete tasks on time.  
  • Outstanding attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Works proactively and takes the initiative to do what needs to be done, without waiting for direction. 
  • Excellent computer literacy with Microsoft Office and database management.
