Reporting to the Grower Channel Marketing Lead, the CRM Manager is responsible for defining, evaluating and delivery of the CRM strategy for Bayer CropScience..
Responsible for CRM maintenance and end to end campaign management across the portfolios (Broadacre, Horticulture, Seed and Trait). The role will encompass provision of insights and recommendations to advance our strategies, systems and processes ensuring we are continuously enhancing customer engagement, retention and loyalty for Bayer CropScience products.
This position will be based from our Hawthorn East office, where we work in a hybrid environment.
Do something that moves you.
- Identify customer data and insight priorities within ANZ CropScience business clusters (e.g. customer needs, journeys, buying behaviors) to support value propositions and brand activations
- Plan and execute customer journeys, automations and re-engagement programs
- Own the EDM workflow and approvals of communications
- Lead the CRM platform development and maintenance, working closely with the functional manager and IT project partners. (Scope, goals, project documentation, risk, governance and implementation of projects
- Analyse and report on a monthly basis, all CRM activities across the region
- Drive improved utilization of CRM data; to influence future digital marketing campaigns, data analytics and customer insights reporting for sales team and long term strategy
Does this sound like you?
- Previous SalesForce marketing experience is essential. Pardot experience will be an advantage
- Experienced in a CRM position with a highly regulated B2B and B2C product environment
- Skilled in translating data into customer insights, customer segmentations and campaign recommendations
- Understanding of consumer privacy law and data regulations
- Excellent administration skills, with the wiliness to input data as well as maintain and analyze it
- Strong process documentation skills
