Purpose

Reporting to the Business Unit Head you will play an integral role within our WH/EP Business Unit developing and implementing marketing plans to drive portfolio growth with a focus on our IUS and men’s health businesses.  

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the development and implementation of portfolio plans to achieve set objectives and drive growth
  • Lead cross functional brand team and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders and external vendors to drive business outcomes
  • Continually analyse available market data from internal and external records to identify market trends and market opportunities, adjusting strategy and plans accordingly
  •  Manage promotional budget , sales forecasting, tracking and inventory management Mentoring of Associate Product Manager

Who you are:

  •  Experienced pharmaceutical marketer or have specific skills you can bring to the team that will enable efficient and effective execution of marketing plans
  • Tertiary qualification(s): Degree/Diploma in Business/Marketing &/or Sciences
  • Understanding of health care environment, including regulatory, market access and commercialization processes
  • Proven ability to develop robust demand plan forecasts
  • Clear focus on achieving results and solution-focus orientation, proven to work through complexity and embrace ambiguity and challenges in order to problem solve and achieve sustainably
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills to enable clear recommendations for action
  • Clear focus on achieving results and solution-focus orientation
  • Demonstrated planning, organizing, prioritizing and project management skills.
  • Highly self-aware and self-motivated, you are a true team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will enjoy working cross functionally as part of a collaborative team You are results driven, positive and energetic bringing a sense of fun whilst also focusing on what matters most.
