Reporting to our Head of HR ANZ, we are seeking an experienced OD professional who is passionate about delivering progressive talent management initiatives and effective organisational change programs focused on leadership, culture and inclusion.

As an integral member of the ANZ HR Team opportunity plays a pivotal role in shaping our people and culture agenda to lead the business through a significant period of transformation and change.

Do something that moves you.

  • Design, develop and execute innovative and high impact talent, performance and leadership development programs across ANZ aligned to local strategic business priorities
  • Build organisational capability through strategic analysis and design solutions for teams and individuals
  • Drive the implementation of our inclusion and diversity strategy, governance and frameworks to shape and sustain a collaborative and inclusive work environment where people can reach their full potential and thrive
  • Execute the global Bayer Performance and Talent Management approach for ANZ
  • Drive the adoption of our learning and development programs to meet current and future talent needs
  • Procure a panel of suppliers to provide OD/L&D services as required 
  • Build OD capability within the ANZ HR Team 
  • Contribute to thought leadership and insights on external trends and emerging practices to inspire colleagues across the team and broader organisation.

Does this sound like you?

  • Trusted advisor to the business with solid experience accelerating leadership, culture and organisational effectiveness
  • Demonstrated experience creating innovative development experiences, coaching and facilitating experiential learning
  • Deep OD, learning and facilitation expertise with relevant qualifications and accreditations– Human Synergistics/DISC/Executive Coaching
  • Knowledge and experience in the design and delivery of a variety of impactful learning programs including leadership development and assessment
  • Fluency with online development tools coupled with the ability to quickly self-teach new technology/software
  • Proven critical-thinking and analytical skills, ability to use data to develop insights and strategies
  • Passion for collaborating and supporting business leaders and employees to reach their full potential
  • Highly visible role that requires significant consulting skills working closely with senior leaders.
