Where do you want to go?

The purpose of this role is to provide high quality, accurate and timely financial, analytical, and commercial support to the marketing, sales, category, and finance organizations of Consumer Health ANZ.

The position will be responsible for being the bridge between finance and commercial on important topics such as supporting the sales department with regular forecasts and maintaining proper analysis surrounding P&I, COOP marketing spends and the commercial details surrounding these dollars.

This position will be part time, working 0.6 FTE. Days and hours to be discussed further at interview.

Do something that moves you.

  • Providing support on timely sales updates to the Sales and Marketing departments, in addition to supporting the Grocery and Pharmacy teams on regular commercial updates within the business.
  • Updating the Finance department on material changes from sales and the specific details of the changes per brand, category, and channel.
  • Negotiating and prioritising competing ANZ category needs , advising on options that will be will best support the business strategy.
  • Bring commercial insights to the NPD discussions and future business case developments.
  • Providing secondary support to the Finance team, during forecast cycles and bringing the Sales, Marketing, and Category perspectives, as required.

  • Substantial, proven commercial work experience supporting senior management within a large multinational organisation.
  • Excellent financial acumen, with excellent analysis skills around financial figures.
  • Strong understanding of Marketing and Sales commercial priorities and business drivers.
  • Ability to anticipate business needs and make sound recommendations.
  • Exceptional level of communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong planning, coordination and time management skills.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Be self motivated, with a proactive approach to engaging with colleagues.
