Where do you want to go?

As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading brand strategy for our portfolio in Australia.

Do something that moves you.

  • This pivotal role involves overseeing the entire spectrum of marketing strategy and execution, managing local category and consumer-facing plans to achieve category and brand P&L targets for Australia.
  • Craft and nurture the long-term strategy and vision for the assigned portfolio of brands.
  • Hold full P&L responsibility for the assigned portfolio of brands.
  • Develop innovative and aggressive strategies to lead and transform brands across categories.
  • Manage media and digital marketing strategy, execution, and capabilities across all brands.
  • Lead the Australian Marketing Team to drive brand growth and market share growth.
  • Collaborate with the Category & Customer Experience Team and the Sales Team to steer integrated category planning across the cluster.
  • Collaborate with NZ to support marketing plans and innovation to ensure opportunities are maximised across Australia and NZ.
  • Build an innovation pipeline for the next decade.
  • Support the development of category and brand innovation strategy at the global level.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across ANZ, Region and Global to drive for outcomes. 

Does this sound like you?

  • Previous experience and exposure to Agile working is desired.
  • Demonstrated success in creating, leading, and executing marketing strategy, including new product development.
  • Proven ability to lead large teams effectively.
  • Ability to foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong project management, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and consultative skills.
  • Outstanding leadership attributes, high integrity, and strong flexibility.
  • Proven P&L management
