Where do you want to go?

You will work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Corporate Compliance Officer, Legal, Business Operations, Medical Affairs, Medical Operations & Governance and peak bodies in both Australia and New Zealand.

Do something that moves you.

The medical operations and governance associate collaborates with functions across the pharma business to support the governance of materials and activities, in accordance with relevant legislation, industry Codes as well as Bayer policies and procedures.

You will support Medical Excellence and Patient Support activities to ensure best practice and continuous improvement through efficient process and system operations whilst maintaining audit readiness. This includes assisting with the review, streamlining, and training of medical affairs relevant quality system documents such as policies and SOPs to ensure both efficiency and compliance.

Does this sound like you?

  • Tertiary qualification in life sciences or healthcare, such as pharmacy or nursing 
  • Good presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Solid time management, prioritization and organization skills
  • Ability to efficiently work in cross-functional teams
  • Solid professional experience obtained perhaps through pharmacy, hospital or retail
  • Experience in industry preferred
