Where do you want to go?
You will report to the Head of HR Operations and Benefits, ANZ, and have working relationships with managers and employees within the countries. You will be part of a high-performing, cohesive team. This role will be 0.8 and a maximum term contract, based ideally in Pymble.

Your remit will include delivering HR advice and manage HR data analytics and systems across Australia & New Zealand
- You will be part of the team that is the first HR point of contact for all ANZ employees and resolve employee queries.
- Provide advice to ANZ employees on HR queries and escalate unresolved queries when required either locally, regionally or globally.
- Provide all HR related data analytics and reporting.
- Complete regular monthly and annual reporting for the HR team.
- Create any other required regular reports and assist with the development of HR analytics.
- Maintain high levels of data quality through regular audits and data cleansing.
- Develop any opportunities to automate reporting and other processes.
- Support the annual remuneration process.
- Provide support for HR projects, including digital transformation and employee experience.
Does this sound like you?
- Experience navigating HR systems and complex information.
- Previous HR reporting and analytics experience.
- Demonstrated iChris, SAP HR and SuccessFactors experience.
- Strong Excel and analytics capability.
- Strong understanding of Australian and NZ employment law and experience interpreting policies.
- High attention to detail.
- Customer service orientated.
