Where do you want to go?
We are seeking an experienced Customer Marketing Specialist to join the Customer Marketing team at Bayer CropScience. Working in a hybrid environment you will split your time between the Hawthorn office and working from home. This position is offered on a full time permanent basis.
The Customer Marketing Specialist will provide critical support to the Customer Marketing and Commercial Teams, ensuring timeliness in delivery of our targets.

This role supports the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans and programs that support brand and campaign strategy to build brand equity, maximize profitability and earn the number one position with our customers.
You will
- Lead external event coordination including correspondence and invitations, preparation of presentations and content, stand designs, marketing materials, and organisation of venues, accommodation
- Work with Sales and Commercial team on marketing material requirements and liaise with design agency partners to develop and produce materials.
- Support the Campaign Manager to develop the annual marketing and communications plan and content calendar.
- Produce written content including articles and profile pieces, advertisements, technical information sheets, media releases, and email marketing campaign content for external audiences
- Support email campaign execution and other campaign activations in collaboration with Campaign Manager.
Does this sound like you?
- Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field
- Prior marketing experience
- Good understanding and ability to use the marketing mix
- Good understanding in copywriting, editing and collateral production
- Experience using digital marketing platforms
- Knowledge and some experience using Adobe Creative Suite platforms Photoshop and InDesign
- Demonstrated creative and conceptual thinking capabilities
