Where do you want to go?

We are on an exciting new journey as we launch FieldView; a new digital platform for the Australian farming community. This position will focus on activation at ground level for customers such as farmers, distribution sales teams and agronomic advisory groups.

Your day to day will include customer acquisition and engagement and being hands on during the early onboarding process, focusing on equipment connections, calibration and data layering for a variety of farming machinery.

Do something that moves you.

  • Manage FieldView user activation and engagement across your designated patch
  • Coach and guide customers to engage with the platform, providing support and equipment calibration at set up
  • Be known as the go-to person as a precision farming expert in the territory
  • Work in partnership with other internal teams to identify opportunities to optimize the platform and Bayer products
  • Communicate with other Bayer employees to ensure a smooth onboarding of new customers
  • Collect feedback on the platform and identify future functionality requirements 

Does this sound like you?

  • Strong knowledge in precision agricultures and farm machinery
  • Experience in working with and around farm machinery and utilizing digital tools
  • An open driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively to farming sites across your patch
  • A strong desire to provide a high level of customer service with timely follow ups
  • Adaptable and coaching communication style
  • Proven ability to build trustful and long-lasting business relationships
  • Strong, logical problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues on the ground
