Where do you want to go?
Provide operational and people leadership to the joint Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Order to Cash (O2C) teams for Australia and New Zealand for the divisions Consumer Health (CH) and Pharmaceuticals(PH). Drive and ensure effective execution of SCM and O2C activities as well as continuous process and performance improvement.
Be the first point of contact for Commercial operations in ANZ for all matters related to SCM and O2C. In addition, acts as change lead establishing one-team and one-culture mindsets in the collaboration with other entities and functions.
Reporting to the Regional Supply Chain Manager and Head of Pharmaceutical serve as a strategic business partner and sit on the PH & CH ANZ leadership teams to add value to the business by managing the local SCM and O2C activities whilst respecting the implementation of local norms and laws as well as according to the divisional needs of CH, PH & RANZ with the overall goal ensuring market supply, business and customer satisfaction.

- Develops and lead a high performing teams across ANZ, focusing on meeting the business goals, ensuring high customer satisfaction, improving processes, as well as driving and supporting talent management and development locally and regionally
- Drive the establishment of seamless collaboration between the teams performing the local execution directly in the country or group of countries and the teams in order to act as one virtual team together with the corresponding operational manager for shared services
- Manage assigned budgets for local SCM and O2C and ensures proper budget performance and alignment
- Assure execution of global and regional strategy, policy, systems, tools, processes and defined escalation paths into the associated organisation considering divisional guidance and best practices
- Responsible for S&OP process and collaboration with divisional CDH’s in regard to planning, portfolio management, supply performance, long term planning, lifecycle/change management, launches, bottleneck coordination and risk management topics
- Accountable for Warehousing and Distribution activities in ANZ, ensuring compliance to relevant standards, operational performance as well as cost optimization
- Ensure applicable commercial conditions (according to local Commercial Policy), local norms and laws are implemented and followed by O2C team and deliveries follow-up according to prioritization rules
- Implement global SCM and O2C processes, take ownership of local SCM and O2C processes and provide input for continuous improvement
- Manage exceptions to local policies with divisional stakeholders to ensure compliance and adherence to legal requirements
- Foster the establishment of a strong customer focus mindset in the teams with the overall goal of customer satisfaction
- Ensures efficient flow of customer orders and cash collection on behalf of all divisions
- Support the performance management and drives corrective initiatives of the SCM and O2C team in close collaboration with the regional / global management
- Overall accountability for supply chain execution performance, measured by main KPI such as c-OTIF, FCA/FVE and inventory related targets

- Operational experience on supply chain processes and customer services and/or finance and credit management
- Leadership and management experience with focus on managing operational teams
- Strong leadership capabilities, solid management skills as well as a solution-oriented mindset with international and interdisciplinary teams and being an excellent net-worker
- Proven experience with leading major projects and developing strong working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, the O2C community and customers
- Knowledge of IT systems, MS Office and SAP
- Excellent communication and interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage staff effectively in a global organization, energizing and enabling teams to achieve outstanding results
- Ability to embrace and drive change and be able to work in a changing environment
