Where do you want to go?

This position works with business partners across ANZ to develop forecasts for the purposes of procuring goods. You will collaborate with senior sales, brand management & supply chain stakeholders to achieve high quality unit & revenue forecasting.

The role covers sub-region ANZ with participation in regional projects and initiatives.

Do something that moves you.

  • Lead the Sales & Operations Planning process in the ANZ sub-region with outputs being aligned unit and revenue forecasts for next 24 months.
  •  Lead pharmaceutical demand review meetings with Brand management stakeholders to plan both forecasts and review inventory profiles and relevant business KPIs.
  • Build knowledge of innovative forecasting & S&OP practices.
  • Own Product Lifecycle processes within ANZ to deliver on-time launches of new products and manage Product master data within global targets.

Does this sound like you?

  • Proven operational Demand & Forecasting experience
  • Extensive knowledge of supply chain & logistics processes and supporting systems
  • Prior experience handling the demand planning function
  • Expert level knowledge of advanced analytics, forecasting processes and tools
  • Fluent in English, strong interpersonal skills, dispute management skills, problem solving skills, and effective communication skills.
  • Confidence and comfort in engaging & challenging senior leadership
