You will lead the delivery of the Bayer Intra-Uterine Systems (IUS) insertion familiarisation program in collaboration with the Bayer Medical Representatives (MRs) for Women’s Health.
This is achieved through providing positive education and familiarisation of IUS to Health Care Practitioners (HCPs) from theory to practice using state of the art gynecology simulators.
As a Womens Health Contraceptive Educator, the role will work with and support HCPs, Women’s Health organisations and the Bayer Medical Representatives to ensure optimal learning experiences using a range of theoretical clinical skills and simulation models/technologies.
- Promote the Bayer IUS training program and enroll interested HCPs.
- Organize and deliver expert theoretical skills education, clinical facilitation, and practical workshops on IUS insertions for HCPs.
- Promote Women’s Health products to identified HCPs.
- Collaborate with the Bayer sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Align activities with brand strategy.
- Work with Sales & Marketing & Medical to determine priorities for customer IUS education - Keeps abreast of external market factors/conditions, including competitor activity,
Flexible and part time options will be considered, Sydney or Brisbane location.
Does this sound like you?
- Bachelor’s Degree in science, healthcare, nursing, mid-wifery or related discipline (advanced qualification is a plus).
- Experience in a pharmaceutical company with a demonstrated performance track record.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
