Do something that moves you.
- Drive customer relationships for OTB management and ensure resolution of all issues.
- Drive ownership of deliverables related to CATI.
- Collaborate with commercial team and customers.
- Manage customer care process and communication.
- Proactively manage stock to ensure best possible customer service.
- Coordinate, Align and Update Master Data Requests from Customers and Sales teams.
