About the Role

As a Store Manager at Baby Bunting, you’ll play a key role in the successful launch and ongoing performance of our Robina store. You’ll lead from the front, motivating your team, delivering outstanding service, and ensuring the store runs seamlessly day to day. This is a hands-on leadership position perfect for someone passionate about people, results, and making a genuine impact on growing families. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing team

  • Drive store performance through effective merchandising, stock management, and sales execution

About You 

We're looking for an experienced retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment and is passionate about team development and retail excellence. 

You’ll bring: 

  • Proven leadership experience in a high-volume or specialty retail setting 
  • Strong communication and team-building skills 
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to drive store performance and exceed KPIs
