As we continue on this exciting journey of our new ‘Store of the Future’ rollout, we’re looking for an experienced Baby Bunting Leader to be our very first Small Format Store Manager.

📍 Location: Robina, QLD - Our Latest Baby Bunting Store & First-Ever Small Format Location!

We’re proud to announce our newest store in Robina, one of Queensland’s largest and most vibrant shopping destinations. Strategically positioned opposite Woolworths and surrounded by 400+ retailers, this location offers high foot traffic, excellent exposure, and a welcoming community vibe.

With free parking, a variety of great lunch options, and a strong local customer base, this new store combines career growth potential with everyday lifestyle convenience. It’s the perfect place to continue your growth with Baby Bunting.


🕒 Roster: Tuesday - Saturday | Late night trade on Thursdays until 9pm


💼 About the Role

As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for uplifting your team, fostering a culture where teamwork and collaboration thrive, and being the face of the Baby Bunting brand. We’re looking for someone who is as passionate about leading people as they are about delivering exceptional customer experiences!

You’re an experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is driven by results. You know how to motivate and develop a team while delivering exceptional customer service.

What you bring to the team:

✅ Proven leadership experience in Baby Bunting or other retailers

✅ A passion for inspiring your team and empowering others to succeed

✅ Excellent communication skills with a focus on team collaboration

✅ Strong commercial awareness and the ability to drive store results

✅ A hands-on approach, with a focus on maintaining high standards
