🕒 Roster: Sunday to Thursday
📍 Location: – Helensvale
💼 About the Role
As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work side-by-side with the Store Manager to lead daily operations, support a high-performing team, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll play a key role in maintaining store standards, developing team members, and achieving sales and service goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- 🛍 Leading the team to create genuine connections with customers and provide expert guidance on our product range
- 📦 Overseeing back-of-house operations including inventory, stock management, and loss prevention
- 👥 Supporting recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training of team members
- ✅ Maintaining a safe and compliant store by upholding OH&S standards
- 📊 Helping drive performance across key metrics including sales, NPS, and team engagement
👀 About You
We’re looking for a confident and motivated retail leader who is ready to take the next step in their career.
- 2+ years in a retail leadership role, ideally in a high-volume or large-format environment
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs
- Natural leadership skills – able to motivate, coach, and support a team
- Customer-focused mindset with a love for helping others
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
