As our Retail Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for all things admin, customer service support, stock control, and operational excellence.

You’ll be the bridge between our team, our customers, and the systems that keep the store humming. Think of yourself as the engine room of the store, efficient, organised, and essential.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering warm, friendly customer service πŸ˜Š
  • Coordinating repairs, returns and credits with suppliers βœ…
  • Coordinating Click & Collect like a logistical pro πŸšš
  • Managing laybys and vendor orders like a retail wizard βœ¨
  • Keeping stock levels accurate and up-to-date πŸ“¦
  • Rolling out price changes, compliance tasks & safety audits βœ…
  • Working hand-in-hand with store leadership, suppliers, and the support office πŸ€
  • Investigating stock discrepancies and reporting the nitty-gritty πŸ•΅οΈβ€β™€οΈ
  • Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for team and customers alike πŸ¦Ί
