THE OPPORTUNITY 

As the Baby Bunting family continues to grow, we’re looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to join our high performing eCommerce team. In this 12 month fixed term contract, you will be instrumental in driving the online trading performance of Baby Bunting’s Australian and New Zealand platforms.  

You will play a critical role in coordinating digital activations, product onboarding, and website optimisation, while supporting the execution of digital campaigns. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the role will focus on improving online performance, enhancing the customer journey, and driving sales growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Collaborate with the cross-functional team to coordinate digital activation and optimisation of products, categories, brands and campaigns to meet sales growth targets.  
  • Assist in the development and execution of digital campaigns in conjunction with key stakeholders 
  • Coordinate, brief, and publish website campaign content, as well as implement on-site SEO changes for products, categories, and brands 
  • Work with the digital experience team to design, test and activate new online experiences that showcase priority ranges and brands, and create unique category-based buying experiences 
  • Monitor sales performance by category, brand and product and quickly action changes to improve engagement and conversion.

ABOUT YOU 

  • You’ll currently be working in a similar role for an established retailer, working on the website from end-to-end 
  • You’ll have a few years of experience in eCommerce or online merchandising. 
  • You’ll adopt a data-first mindset, enabling you to make data-driven decisions that positively impact the customer journey. 
  • Prior experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Contentstack, Shopify, Magento, or a similar CMS) will be advantageous 
  • Experience in coordinating digital campaigns and working with cross-functional teams. 
  •  Basic knowledge of analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, for performance tracking and reporting.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced retail environment
