About the Role
We are looking for a smart, industrious and detail-oriented VM Merchandising and Creative Coordinator to help shape the look and feel of our stores. This role is all about creating inspiring visual experiences that delight customers and bring our brand to life.
From seasonal displays to promotional campaigns, you will support the design and delivery of merchandising strategies that make shopping easy and enjoyable. You will also play a key role in building visual merchandising capability across our store network through training and coaching. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement visual merchandising guidelines across all store formats
- Design and execute seasonal and promotional display calendars, providing clear visual toolkits to support consistent in-store implementation
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver cohesive campaigns and promotions
- Manage visual merchandising projects to enhance customer experience in our new and refurbishment store programme
- Conduct store visits to assess compliance and provide targeted coaching when required
- Track and manage costs for display and signage materials to plan future projects
- Support training and capability development for store teams in visual merchandising standards
Skills and Experience Required
- You’ll bring demonstrated experience in visual merchandising support and coordination, ideally in multi-category retail
- Strong understanding of VM principles, customer flow and retail display standards
- Proven ability to take projects from concept through to execution
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrates strong initiative and thrives in independent work settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
- Ability to travel to stores across the network as required
