πŸ“ Location – Located in the busy Burnside retail precinct, our store is easy to access by car with free parking available, has public transport nearby, and is close to cafΓ©s, shops and eateries- ideal for convenient commutes and relaxed lunch breaks.

πŸ“… Employment Type – Permanent Part-Time

πŸ•’ Roster– Friday 4:00pm–9:00pm and either Saturday or Sunday 12:00pm–5:00pm

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, fostering a positive shopping experience, and supporting new and expectant parents on their journey. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about helping others and thrives in a dynamic retail environment.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

πŸ’¬ Customer Engagement – Connect with and understand the needs of new and expectant parents, providing personalised assistance and product recommendations.

πŸ› Product Demonstration – Guide customers through product features and benefits, ensuring they make informed choices.

πŸ“¦ Stock Management – Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure the store is well-presented and organised.

⏰ Flexible Scheduling – Work a rotating roster of flexible shifts across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

You’re a proactive and approachable individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You have a genuine passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer service.

What you bring to the team:

βœ… Prior Customer Service Experience.

βœ… Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

βœ… High Standards in customer service and store presentation.

βœ… Proficient in calming irate customers and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.

βœ…Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 15kgs between floor and shoulder, 10kgs above shoulder height. Ability to wear a headset to communicate with the team on the shop floor. Stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
