We’re looking for a Learning Designer to lead the end-to-end learning agenda across our retail network.

Reporting to the Head of Workforce Planning & Central Operations, this role leads one direct report and owns the strategy and execution of learning across store operations, leadership capability, product knowledge and induction, ensuring our teams are set up to perform and grow.

This is a highly visible role that partners closely with Store Operations leaders to uplift capability at scale and drive performance outcomes.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Learning Strategy & Design

  • Lead and deliver learning across Store Operations, leadership and product
  • Design practical, scalable solutions (digital, face-to-face, blended)
  • Create clear, engaging content aligned to SOPs

Stakeholder Management & Engagement

  • Partner with Regional and Store leaders to identify capability gaps
  • Work with SMEs to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions
  • Influence priorities and drive accountability
  • Facilitate workshops and support leaders to embed learning

LMS & Reporting

  • Manage programs through the LMS (Absorb)
  • Track and report on adoption and impact
  • Use insights to improve outcomes

About You

  • Significant experience in Learning & Capability within a multi-site retail or operational environment
  • Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end learning strategies and programs
  • Ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Commercial mindset with a clear link between capability and performance
  • Highly effective stakeholder manager with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Experience with LMS platforms (Absorb preferred) and eLearning tools (Articulate Rise etc.)
  • Hands-on, practical and outcomes-focused
