This role is responsible for creating and maintaining consumer-led planograms for multiple merchandise categories and store formats across Australia and New Zealand stores. You will drive Micro Space Planning optimization to improve productivity & ensure visually appealing executions can be met across our network. 

Using Macro Space Planning software, you will analyse store performance to deliver actionable space optimization recommendations and ensure strong store data integrity across the fleet. 

This is a key role supporting range execution, store layout and overall commercial performance across the Baby Bunting network. 

Key deliverables: 

• Create and maintain customer-led planograms using Nielsen Spaceman across multiple categories. 
• Drive improved space performance and productivity across our store fleet whilst maintaining the upmost data integrity 
• Maintain macro layouts, adjacencies and floorplans across the store network. 
• Take a leading part in space related range review preparations to drive profitable outcomes 
• Analyse micro & macro space performance and ROI using key business metrics 
• Collaborate on store and product grading to ensure the right ranges land in the right stores. 
• Partner with key stakeholders to approve assortments and roll out new and updated planograms. 
• Prepare category planograms new and refurbishment store projects in order to assign correct and current range assortments. 
• Provide hands-on testing, setup packs and occasional onsite support for store openings. 

What we’re looking for (your toolkit + superpowers) 

🗺 Space planning pro – 3+ years using tools like Spaceman, Blue Yonder or similar, and you know how to make every square metre work harder. 

🧩 Planogram perfectionist – you build high-performing layouts and spot the tiniest detail that’s out of place. 

💻 Tech confident – comfortable across Microsoft Office, BI, ITV and Adobe Suite (including Photoshop or similar). 

💪 Cool under pressure – organised, practical and able to juggle deadlines without breaking a sweat. 

⚡ Fast, flexible and adaptable – you thrive in change, manage your time like a pro and keep things moving. 

🤝 Team player with influence – you build great relationships and know how to bring stakeholders along for the journey.
