We’re excited to announce a new opportunity to join our growing Social Media & Content team, to help us better connect with new and existing customers, and to provide content that truly supports them through their pregnancy and parenting journey!
We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about social, full of energy, and ready to take ownership of our organic channels. You’ll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of our organic social channels, with a strong focus on content creation, channel management, and trend spotting, especially across TikTok and Meta. This is a hands-on role with plenty of room to grow, contribute, and shape our evolving content strategy.
What you’ll be doing:
- Creating and coordinating engaging content (video, reels, stories, static) across our channels
- Helping implement our content calendar and supporting campaign rollouts
- Managing scheduling and publishing across TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn and more
- Supporting content shoots and working with internal teams and external creators
- Monitoring engagement, spotting trends and community opportunities
- Reporting on performance and identifying ways to optimise content
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in marketing or content role
- Hands-on experience creating TikTok and Reels content (personal or in a business environment)
- Fluent in social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines
- Great communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive, adaptable and eager to grow in a fast-paced team
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar is desirable
Tools you’ll be working with:
- Meta Business Manager, TikTok & LinkedIn
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Monday.com for project management
- Canva & Adobe Suite (animation/editing skills a plus!)
Additional Info:
- This role involves regular travel within Victoria, as well as interstate / NZ travel for a few days at a time, approximately twice per month.
- A valid driver’s license is essential
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends is required, particularly during new store openings (with time in lieu provided)
