Role 1: 14 Hours 

Tuesday: 11:00am-4:00pm

Wednesday: 12:45pm-5:45pm

Sunday: 9:45am-5:15pm


Role 2: 14.5 Hours

Wednesday: 8:30am-1:30pm

Friday: 12:30pm-5:00pm

Saturday: 12;00pm-5:00pm


Role 3: 12.5 Hours 

Wednesday: 10:00am-2:00pm

Thursday: 9:30am-2:00pm

Sunday: 12:0pm-4:40pm

As a Retail Sales Assistant, youโ€™ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, fostering a positive shopping experience, and supporting new and expectant parents on their journey. Weโ€™re looking for someone who is passionate about helping others and thrives in a dynamic retail environment.

 

Hereโ€™s what youโ€™ll be doing:

๐Ÿ’ฌ Customer Engagement โ€“ Connect with and understand the needs of new and expectant parents, providing personalised assistance and product recommendations.

๐Ÿ› Product Demonstration โ€“ Guide customers through product features and benefits, ensuring they make informed choices.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Stock Management โ€“ Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure the store is well-presented and organised.

 

๐Ÿ‘€ About You

Youโ€™re a proactive and approachable individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You have a genuine passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer service.

 

What you bring to the team:

โœ… Prior Customer Service Experience.

โœ… Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

โœ… High Standards in customer service and store presentation.

โœ… Proficient in calming irate customers and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.

โœ…Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 15kgs between floor and shoulder, 10kgs above shoulder height. Ability to wear a headset to communicate with the team on the shop floor. Stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.

Recruitment Process

  1. Apply Online โ€“ Submit your application through our careers portal.
  2. Application Review โ€“ Our Talent Acquisition team will review your application.
  3. Video Interview โ€“ If your profile is a match, youโ€™ll be invited to complete a short online video interview.
  4. Assessment Centre โ€“ Successful applicants will be invited to attend an assessment centre on either 23 or 24 September 2025 (location to be confirmed).
  5. Pre-Employment Checks โ€“ If successful, we will begin pre-employment checks.
  6. Offer & Contract โ€“ Once checks are complete and satisfactory, weโ€™ll issue your employment contract.
  7. Start Date โ€“ Employment to commence 3-4 weeks before (depending on position) the grand opening.
  8. Grand Opening โ€“ The store officially opens on 13 December 2025!
