Weβre proud to announce our newest store in Tuggerah, located in the HomeCo Shopping Centre, a vibrant, high-traffic retail destination in the heart of the Central Coast.
With free parking, close to public transport and a strong local customer base, this new store combines career growth potential with everyday lifestyle convenience.

Monday: 9:30am-2:30pm
Thursday: 2:15 - 7:15pm
Sunday: 9:45am - 5:15pm
πΌ About the Role
As an experienced retail assistant, you will play a key role in shaping the customer experience in our new format. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in customer service, product knowledge, and in-store operations who is ready to step up.
You will also have the opportunity to become a Key Holder, supporting leadership tasks such as opening and closing the store, supporting new team members, and stepping into a lead role as the store grows.
You will:
π¬ Build trusted relationships with customers, especially new and expectant parents
π Share expert knowledge and confidently demonstrate our wide product range
π¦ Support merchandising and stock management to maintain a high standard
π Be a steady, reliable presence with the opportunity to step into more responsibility
π About You
You are a capable and dependable retail professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting. You take initiative, lead by example, and bring a warm, knowledgeable presence to your work.
You will bring:
β 2+ years of retail or customer service experience
β Strong communication skills and a solutions-focused mindset
β Experience mentoring team members or acting in a leadership capacity
β Confidence managing customer concerns and resolving issues professionally
β A hands-on attitude β able to lift stock (up to 15kg), work on your feet, and stay engaged
β Availability to work regular shifts and contribute to a positive team culture
