We’re proud to announce our newest store in Tuggerah, located in the HomeCo Shopping Centre, a vibrant, high-traffic retail destination in the heart of the Central Coast.

With free parking, close to public transport and a strong local customer base, this new store combines career growth potential with everyday lifestyle convenience.

📅 Employment Type – Permanent Part- time

🕒 Roster:

Monday: 9:30am-2:30pm

Thursday: 2:15 - 7:15pm

Sunday: 9:45am - 5:15pm

💼 About the Role

As an experienced retail assistant, you will play a key role in shaping the customer experience in our new format. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in customer service, product knowledge, and in-store operations who is ready to step up.

You will also have the opportunity to become a Key Holder, supporting leadership tasks such as opening and closing the store, supporting new team members, and stepping into a lead role as the store grows.

You will:

💬 Build trusted relationships with customers, especially new and expectant parents

🛍 Share expert knowledge and confidently demonstrate our wide product range

📦 Support merchandising and stock management to maintain a high standard

📈 Be a steady, reliable presence with the opportunity to step into more responsibility

👀 About You

You are a capable and dependable retail professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting. You take initiative, lead by example, and bring a warm, knowledgeable presence to your work.

You will bring:

✅ 2+ years of retail or customer service experience

✅ Strong communication skills and a solutions-focused mindset

✅ Experience mentoring team members or acting in a leadership capacity

✅ Confidence managing customer concerns and resolving issues professionally

✅ A hands-on attitude – able to lift stock (up to 15kg), work on your feet, and stay engaged

✅ Availability to work regular shifts and contribute to a positive team culture
