The Customer Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, coordination and execution of personalised, connected customer experiences across our 1:1 channels, including email, SMS and web push.
Reporting to the 1:1 Communications Channels Lead, this role coordinates the day-to-day planning, briefing, build, testing, deployment and reporting of these communications — ensuring they are accurate, on time, on brand, aligned to channel best practice and support commercial goals.
The role partners with Personalisation and Customer Engagement, Marketing, Digital and Data & Analytics teams, and supports engagement with external vendors and the Merchandise team across marketing campaigns, product, feature and partnership launches, retail media commitments and key growth categories.
The ideal candidate is early in their marketing career and thrives in a fast paced environment.They will have exposure to email, CRM or digital marketing platforms, strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Awareness of the Spam Act, compliance and customer data privacy requirements is desirable, along with an interest in customer personalisation.

Your New Role
As our Customer Marketing Coordinator, you’ll help build and deliver personalised communications across email, SMS and web push.
Working within our Loyalty team, you’ll coordinate customer campaigns from brief through to testing, deployment and reporting. You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Merchandise, Design and Data & Analytics to deliver communications that are relevant, accurate and on time.

• Build and deliver in-market campaigns across email, SMS and web push
• Coordinate briefs, content, creative, approvals and timelines
• Manage the communications schedule alongside broader marketing activity
• Complete quality checks across copy, links, audiences and rendering
• Support customer segmentation and personalised messaging
• Monitor results and identify opportunities to improve performance
• Assist with A/B testing and campaign reporting
• Support Baby Bunting Family loyalty communications
If you’ve gotten this far, then you're up for the challenge. I'm not going to give you the usual laundry list of requirements, but this stuff is pretty much essential:
• A degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field
• Around two to three years’ experience in marketing, CRM or digital communications
• Exposure to delivering email, SMS or digital campaigns
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organisation skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with confidence working with different stakeholders
• An interest in customer data, campaign performance and personalisation
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment
It would be nice, but not essential, if you also come with:
· An interest in using AI tools to improve marketing workflow
· Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Emarsys or a similar platform
· Knowledge of the Spam Act, customer privacy and marketing compliance
· Experience with segmentation, reporting or A/B testing
