📍 Location – Located in Casula’s established retail corridor, this store sits among a mix of homemaker and large-format retailers, creating consistent customer traffic throughout the day. The area is easy to access via the Hume Highway, with convenient parking available, and is also supported by nearby bus routes and train access from Casula station. With a selection of cafés, takeaway spots and shopping options close by, it offers a practical and well-connected setting for day-to-day work and breaks.

💼 About the Role

As a Pick Packer, you’ll be responsible for the accurate and efficient picking, packing and dispatching of online orders. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working independently and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

📦 Order Processing: Pick and pack online orders accurately and efficiently to minimize delays in shipping.

🔄 Stock Replenishment: Conduct stock replenishment in-store to ensure product availability.

🧹 Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean and tidy work area, including replenishing stock, returning mis-picked goods, and ensuring clear pathways.

🗣️ Customer Support: Provide product knowledge, advice, and support to customers during their purchase transitions.

⚠️ Safety Compliance: Follow established safety procedures and actively contribute to maintaining a safe work environment for everyone.
