About the Role

As our Receptionist, you’ll be the warm and welcoming face of Baby Bunting’s Store Support Centre. You’ll create an exceptional first impression for visitors and ensure our team feels supported every day.

In this role, you’ll manage the reception desk, coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks, and play a key part in keeping our office running smoothly. From greeting guests to organising couriers, preparing meeting rooms, supporting events, and helping new starters settle in - you’ll be at the heart of our workplace experience.

This is a part-time role (Mon–Wed, 9am–5pm), perfect for someone who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment and brings a can-do attitude to everything they do.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, stakeholders, and team members with professionalism and warmth 
  • Manage the admin email inbox and ensure timely responses 
  • Coordinate courier and mail services, including sending and receiving deliveries 
  • Organise and distribute catering for meetings and events 
  • Monitor office supplies (stationery, kitchen items) and liaise with the Office Manager when stock is low 
  • Support team celebrations by ordering balloons, certificates of service, and other special items 
  • General office administrative tasks such a daily coffee machine cleaning, meeting room maintenance, new starter tasks etc.

  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • A proactive, helpful and solutions-focused attitude
  • Previous reception or administrative experience (highly regarded)
  • A team player who enjoys supporting others and creating a welcoming workplace
