So, you’ve probably already got a couple of years marketing experience under your belt and wondering what’s next? We can help with that! We have created a brand-new role of Retail Media Coordinator.
In this key support role, you’ll contribute to Baby Bunting’s growth and help supplier partners achieve their goals, we’ve evolved our owned media ecosystem with targeted omnichannel solutions that deliver personalised experiences to our customers. As Retail Media Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in implementing and supporting our retail media strategy across physical and digital channels. You’ll manage campaign execution, coordinate with internal teams and suppliers, and help drive revenue through effective media planning and operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support and Evolve the Retail Media Program: Assist in building and enhancing the Baby Bunting Retail Media Program, including campaign coordination, new product launches and in-store promotions.
- Campaign Execution & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Merchandise, suppliers and external agencies to deliver campaigns aligned with category plans and business goals.
- Content Delivery Across Channels: Coordinate the creation and rollout of marketing materials across digital, print, social, broadcast, website and in-store platforms.
- Reporting, Insights & Admin Support: Develop post-campaign reports, track performance with Data & Analytics, manage invoicing and provide general marketing and administrative support.
What We’re Looking For
- Campaign & Media Expertise: Skilled in managing multi-channel campaigns using a variety of media inventory, with practical knowledge of tools like Google Analytics or Meta Business Manager.
- Operations & Analytical Skills: experience handling invoices, claims, and billing processes, with strong analytical abilities to interpret media performance data and deliver insights.
- Communication & Collaboration: excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building strong relationships across internal teams and external partners.
- Project & Time Management: highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines and budgets in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant Qualifications & Experience: a degree in Marketing, Communications and/or a related field, along with experience in a marketing or coordination role within retail.
