As Baby Bunting continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Injury Management Advisor to join our People & Culture team.
This is a key role focused on supporting safe, timely and sustainable return to work outcomes, while delivering a positive, people-centred experience for our team members.
About the Role
Reporting to the Safety & Wellbeing Manager you’ll manage end-to-end workers’ compensation and non-work-related cases across our Australian & New Zealand Store network, National Distribution Centre and Store Support Centre’s.
You’ll partner closely with leaders, insurers and medical providers to support recovery, minimise risk, whilst ensuring compliance across all injury management practices.
What you’ll be doing
Case Management & Return to Work
- Manage workers’ compensation and non-work-related cases end-to-end
- Develop and implement tailored return to work plans
- Drive early intervention and recovery outcomes
Advisory & Stakeholder Support
- Provide expert guidance to leaders on return to work and obligations
- Partner with insurers, medical providers and internal teams
- Support complex cases with a practical, people-first approach
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with workers’ compensation legislations
- Maintain accurate case documentation and reporting
- Support audits and regulatory requirements
Injury Prevention & Wellbeing
- Identify trends and support injury prevention initiatives
- Promote early reporting and proactive intervention
- Partner with Safety to improve workplace outcomes
About You
- Allied Health tertiary qualifications (highly desirable)
- Strong experience in workers’ compensation and injury management, ideally in a multi-site environment
- Knowledge of multi-state legislation (desirable but not essential)
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised, analytical and solutions-focused
- A compassionate, people-centred approach
