📍 Location – Located on a major arterial road within a busy retail precinct in Perth’s inner north, the store offers easy access for both staff and customers. Ample onsite parking is available, with multiple bus routes running along Scarborough Beach Road and Glendalough train station just a short bus ride away. The surrounding area includes a range of cafés and eateries, providing plenty of options for quick lunches or more relaxed breaks.

💼 About the Role

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, fostering a positive shopping experience, and supporting new and expectant parents on their journey. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about helping others and thrives in a dynamic retail environment.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

💬 Customer Engagement – Connect with and understand the needs of new and expectant parents, providing personalised assistance and product recommendations.

🛍 Product Demonstration – Guide customers through product features and benefits, ensuring they make informed choices.

📦 Stock Management – Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure the store is well-presented and organised.

⏰ Flexible Scheduling – Work a rotating roster of flexible shifts across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

👀 About You

You’re a proactive and approachable individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You have a genuine passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer service.

What you bring to the team:

✅ Prior Customer Service Experience.

✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

✅ High Standards in customer service and store presentation.

✅ Proficient in calming irate customers and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.

✅Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 15kgs between floor and shoulder, 10kgs above shoulder height. Ability to wear a headset to communicate with the team on the shop floor. Stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
