THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a commercially astute and people-focused Regional Manager to lead multiple retail areas across VIC, TAS, SA &WA. This role is on-site at our Dandenong South Support office, with regular travel.

You will inspire and energise a large leadership cohort, lead through transformation, and deliver sustainable growth while maintaining exceptional customer experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive Sales & Profitability

  • Own regional sales performance - spot trends, seize opportunities, and tackle challenges
  • Partner with Area Managers to maximise revenue, margin, and market share

Lead Operations

  • Turn store standards into business wins and ensure consistent top-tier service
  • Oversee inventory, compliance, and implement scalable process improvements

Inspire & Develop People

  • Lead through others - empower Area Managers & their teams to excel
  • Recruit, coach and build a high-performing leadership squad
  • Drive succession planning, coaching, and change initiatives across the region

Elevate Customer Experience

  • Ensure every store delivers consistent, superior customer experience
  • Resolve escalated issues and implement feedback loops to improve service

Deliver Services Excellence

  • Own execution of in-store services and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that scale across the region

Lead Financial Performance

  • Own the P&L including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Analyse performance, optimise resources, and prioritise high-impact investments

  • Extensive Retail Leadership: Proven success leading large, multi-area teams across multiple states, driving performance and operational excellence.
  • Commercial Accumen: You’re confident managing P&L, labour budgets and driving strong financial outcomes across a multi-site portfolio.
  • People & Culture Leadership: Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
  • Strategic Thinker: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence across all levels and build lasting relationships.
  • Data-Driven Decision Maker: Skilled at analysing performance metrics to inform strategy, optimise operations, and maximise profitability.
