We’re looking for an Acquisition Marketing Manager to help drive growth in the organisation. This is a hands on role where you’ll own our brand and marketing activities, combining creativity, data and compliance to deliver well designed campaigns.

The Role:

The Acquisition Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing an integrated approach to our brand and marketing activities to drive the growth and retention of our member base, including:

  • Brand awareness and management
  • Marketing strategy execution across owned, earned and paid channels
  • Digital lead management
  • Support internal and external communications
  • Support the direct marketing strategy (acquisition, retention and service messaging)
  • Support our digital banking experience.

About You

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate the below key attributes and experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Understanding of the advertising requirements (preferably in the financial services industry)
  • Experience developing creative marketing campaigns to drive growth and/or retention
  • Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels
  • Paid media savvy
  • Website CMS platform experience, ideally an open-source headless CMS such as Strapi
  • Advanced communications skills
  • Advance skills with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud programs and Canva
  • Campaign tracking experience using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
