Looking to build a career where you can help people, learn new skills and grow in the financial services industry?

We’re looking for a motivated and customer focused team member to join our Member Contact Centre. This opportunity would suit recent graduates starting their career, or working parents returning to the workforce after a career break or parental leave, as well as anyone with customer service experience looking to move into banking.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our members, assisting them with their everyday banking needs across phone, email and digital channels. Every conversation is an opportunity to make a positive impact.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting new and existing members with their everyday banking enquiries
  • Providing friendly, professional service across phone, email and online channels
  • Helping members navigate our digital banking tools and showing them how to make the most of self service options
  • Listening carefully to understand member needs and connecting them with the right solutions from savings and lending to insurance and superannuation
  • Resolving enquiries and concerns with empathy, accuracy and care
  • Keeping clear records and following up to ensure every member receives a seamless experience

What we’re looking for

  • Some experience in inbound or outbound contact centre roles, retail, hospitality or other customer facing environments
  • A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer service
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems confidently
  • A proactive team player who enjoys learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work on a rotating weekday roster between 8:00am – 6:00pm, plus one Saturday per month (9:00am – 12:00pm)
