Your Role:

As a Mobile Banker you'll have the autonomy to manage your pipeline while being fully supported with training, tools and coaching. You will also:

• Meet members at their home, workplace or preferred location
• Guide them through the home loan journey from start to finish
• Proactively grow your lending portfolio through referrals and community engagement
• Build long-term relationships, not just one-off transactions
• Provide trusted, specialist mortgage advice backed by a supportive bank

What we're looking for in you:

You’re confident, organised and comfortable working independently. You also love being part of a team and supporting wherever possible.

You will also have:

• Experience in retail lending or home loans
• Strong local market knowledge (or the curiosity to build it quickly)
• A natural ability to build rapport and generate new opportunities
• Confidence managing leads, pipelines and follow-ups
• A proactive, can-do mindset with a strong member focus

What you will need:

• Tier 2 accreditation and/or Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence
• Ability to complete standard probity checks (credit, police, bankruptcy)
