About the Role
As our Change Enablement Lead, you’ll help shape how change happens across Aurora Energy. Rather than leading change for specific projects, this role is about building the behaviours, frameworks and practical ways of working that help our whole business navigate change well.
This is a hands-on, business-wide role for someone who enjoys turning ideas into simple, useful approaches that people can put into practice. You’ll partner with leaders and teams to strengthen change capability, embed consistent tools and behaviours, and use insights to keep improving how we respond to change. Most importantly, you’ll help build a culture where change feels less like something managed project by project, and more like part of how we work together every day.
About You
You’re an experienced change, organisational development or capability professional who can make change feel practical, purposeful and achievable. You’re comfortable designing frameworks, creating useful tools and building confidence across leaders and teams, with a focus on shaping consistent change behaviours across the business. You know how to partner with influence, bring people along on the journey and support sustainable ways of working in a changing environment.
You’re also curious, collaborative and focused on outcomes. You enjoy coaching leaders, asking thoughtful questions and looking for better ways of working. Whether you’re using data to understand impact, embedding new approaches or exploring digital and AI-enabled opportunities, you’re motivated by helping people build the confidence, habits and capability to adopt change in a way that lasts.
