We are seeking a motivated and experienced RTO Course Adviser to join our dynamic team and help us expand our reach and impact.

Position Overview:

As a Course Adviser, you will play a pivotal role as a primary point of contact for our clients and students, representing our RTO. Your main responsibilities will include handling various enquiries for support, conducting sales activities, supporting Business Development Consultants and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to Inquiries: Answering phone calls, emails, or messages promptly and professionally to address customer enquiries regarding products, services, orders, or accounts
  • Providing Customer Service: Assisting customers in navigating products or services, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on usage or procedures
  • Resolving Complaints: Investigating and resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner, aiming for a satisfactory resolution for all parties involved 
  • Process Bookings: Processing all inbound sales bookings while adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Maintaining Records: Documenting customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions in the appropriate systems or databases for future reference
  • Managing Customer Accounts: Updating customer account information, addressing billing inquiries, and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of customer data
  • Providing Feedback: Communicating customer feedback, concerns, or recurring issues to relevant departments or management to facilitate continuous improvement
  • Promoting Products or Services: Informing customers about new products, promotions, or special offers to drive sales and enhance customer experience
  • Conduct outbound sales: Conduct outbound sales via emails and phone as required

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Familiarity with customer service software, CRM systems, or ticketing platforms is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
