RTO Senior Administration Officer - Fulltime (Brendale QLD)

Australian Trade Training College Ltd has been a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) since 2006. We deliver a variety of courses ranging from Certificate I level to Diplomas under Apprenticeship/Traineeship arrangements, VETiS (Vocational Education and Training in Schools), Career Start (General) and Fee for Service. Due to growth and expansion, we are seeking an energetic, articulate and experienced RTO Senior Administration Officer to join our Administration team full-time. If you have the drive to lead, RTO Administration experience, excel, are motivated and passionate about your work we want to hear from you! 

About the role: 

This is both an exciting and demanding role. The Senior Administration Officer role drives the efficiency and effectiveness of the administration team, the core focus is on supporting teams to deliver impeccable administrative support to meet RTO Pre-enrolment, Enrolment, Resulting and Completion processes. As an Senior Administration Officer you are expected to competently complete a wide array of complex administrative duties through your own work and the work of others through delegation and follow up as required With a commitment to superior customer service, this role will strive to maintain high levels of customer and student satisfaction, compliance and quality within the required timeframes Additionally, to excel in student management system features and data entry

Essential skills you will bring: 

  • Supervisory experience in an RTO administration environment
  • Experience with Traineeship & Apprenticeship requirements
  • Skills Assure Supplier (SAS) Contractual requirements experience
  • Student Management System (aXcelerate preferred) and AVETMISS Reporting skills 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Student Support experience and focus
  • A positive can-do attitude 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • A pro-active approach to problem-solving by streamlining processes 
  • A great work ethic and adaptability 
  • Sound understanding of Microsoft Office suite including ‘Teams’ 
  • Willingness to grow and expand

Highly Desirable: 

  • Advanced RTO administration experience
  • AVETMISS Reporting experience
  • aXcelerate SMS & LMS Experience
