RTO Quality & Compliance Officer


Australian Trade Training College Ltd has been a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) since 2006. We deliver industry leading courses ranging from Certificate I level to Diplomas under Career Start Apprenticeship/Traineeship arrangements, VETiS (Vocational Education and Training in Schools), Career Start General funding and Fee for Service.

About the role:

Ready to dive into the exciting world of quality and compliance? As our RTO Quality & Compliance Officer, you'll be the guardian of excellence, ensuring our organisation stays ahead of the curve with proactive compliance strategies. You'll work closely with our Self Assurance & Quality Lead to maintain the highest standards across all our training operations, keeping us aligned with:

  • Standards for Registered Training Organisation
  • Skills Assure Supplier (SAS) Contract
  • FET Act and other relevant legislation

Your days will be filled with meaningful work including scope administration, internal auditing, validation activities, Training and Assessment Strategies development and Trainer and Assessor requirements administration. You'll also take charge of document control and monitoring to ensure our RTO consistently delivers exceptional quality and compliance across all areas.

You'll be instrumental in developing, implementing, and maintaining our Quality Framework and Quality Management System. This diverse, fast-paced role will challenge you to exercise high levels of confidentiality, integrity, communication, and organisation while ensuring all business-critical matters are handled with precision and timeliness.

Highly Desirable:

  • RTO administration and/or Compliance Experience
  • Learning Management System experience
  • Knowledge of Training Standards for RTO's
  • Experience with ASQA Requirements and processes
  • Experience in Auditing & Document control processes
  • AQF Level III or IV or above Certification in RTO Compliance (Desirable)
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Desirable)
