About the role:

Join Atomic as a Production Assistant in this fixed term role and dive into the exciting world of coffee! From the roastery to deliveries, you’ll play a key part in making sure our customers get the freshest coffee. With a tight-knit team and plenty of room to learn, this role offers variety and growth in a fun and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Pack and bag coffee for retail and wholesale orders
  • Assist with roasting coffee to Atomic’s high standards
  • Make deliveries to wholesale customers, ensuring top-notch service
  • Support our Brew Run by delivering fresh coffee in reusable canisters
  • Be part of a collaborative team, helping out with general production tasks

About you:

We’re looking for a passionate coffee enthusiast who’s eager to learn and develop their skills behind the scenes. If you’re a Barista, Front of House professional, or have some experience in roasting and are looking to take your love of coffee to the next level, this is a great opportunity to build your skills across coffee production and further develop your roasting knowledge. A full driver’s licence is also required, as the role will involve making coffee deliveries.

This is a fixed term (until end January 2027), Monday to Wednesday role, with potential to support Thursday as required, initially approximately 20 hours per week.
